DANSK:

Mariya er en 26-årig popartist og danser baseret i København. Med en baggrund i urban og commercial dans bruger hun dette som en central del af sit musikalske og visuelle udtryk.

Hun har engageret sig i kvindelige musikfællesskaber som She Can Play og Suburbangirls (tidl. UrbanGrrls), og har optrådt som support for bl.a. Ravi Kuma, GOSS og Sandra Hussein, samt haft showcases på VEGA, pumpehuset, Distortion etc.

Mariya har været synlig i medierne med optrædener i Urban Grrls (TV2 Kosmopol, 2023), X Factor (TV2 PLAY, 2024) og Dansk Melodi Grand Prix (DR1, 2025), hvor hun debuterede med singlen “I Belong To Me”, skrevet i samarbejde med Jimmy Joker (skrevet tidl. eurovision vinder sang ‘tattoo’ af Loreen), Julie Aagaard (med flere Eurovision sange bag sig som ‘We will rave’) og Dino Medanhodzic.

Som danser og koreograf har hun arbejdet med brands som Nikolaj Storm, NYX Cosmetics og ABSOLUT VODKA, og været koreograf på musikvideoer med bl.a. Nicolas Bro og Louise Hylland som er blevet udtaget til nominering i filmfestival i Tokyo, Cannes, OF-international-film festival og Tyskland.

As a dancer and choreographer, she has worked with brands such as Nikolaj Storm, NYX Cosmetics, and ABSOLUT VODKA, and choreographed music videos featuring Nicolas Bro and Louise Hylland, which have been selected for nomination at film festivals in Tokyo, Cannes, OF International Film Festival, and Germany.
